WMA decoder

Aural Rest plays Windows Media Audio files (WMA 1 and 2) with its own decoder, a Kotlin translation of FFmpeg's WMA decoder (libavcodec wmadec.c and wma.c) and ASF reader (libavformat asfdec_f.c). FFmpeg is Copyright 2002-2007 The FFmpeg project. The translation is by Turntable Medic LLC and, like the original, is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1 or (at your option) any later version.

• WmaDecoder.kt: the decoder
• AsfReader.kt: the .wma file reader
• WmaPcm.kt: joins the two and handles seeking
• WmaTables.kt: the decoder's tables, from FFmpeg's wmadata.h and aactab.c
